Norse Projects offers a 14-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to provide a seamless process for ensuring your wardrobe meets our high standards of quality and fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Norse Projects garment tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
